Melo and I went on George Lopez and had a blast! George Lopez is so much fun. He really made us feel comfortable! This was our first TV appearance together. Love him!

So it's almost here! My new show is premiering on VH1 this Sunday. I can't wait to share this with you. Its a 5 episode series leading up to the wedding. I had so much fun doing this show. You see the highs and lows that happen anytime a person is entering a new chapter in their life. Im happy to share this time with you. The night before our wedding, Mel and I had the most amazing boatride for all our friends and family around NYC. I was looking through all my pictures (there's like 2000 of them!) and wanted to share a few with you.

There was gambling (of course), cigar rolling, food, dessert, and dancing until the sun came up.

That was a night I will absolutely never forget! NYC BABY! Thanks to all our friends and family who were their to celebrate with us!!!

Mel and I went to Costa Rica for our honeymoon! It was such a fun trip, I would recommend it to anyone. From fishing to ziplining, there was so much to do. The food there is incredible, which is why I'm back in the gym BIG TIME..LOL! Here's a few pics I wanted to share.

So the week I was in NYC for my wedding my uncle had a BBQ at his house. It was so much fun. Its not often when you can get ALL of your family together. It was more like a family reunion. We had a blast and partied until late into the night. This is a BBQ I will never forget. I wanted to share some pictures of my family with you. Enjoy!

So I decided to throw Mel a birthday party for his 26th. I had TWO days to put the whole thing together. If it wasn't for Mindy Weiss and her staff I would not have pulled this off. I haven't had so much fun in a LONG time. We tried to bring Vegas to LA. Thanks to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. We had it rocking in there!! Also thanks to Phillipe Los Angeles for letting us shut the restaurant down and thanks to Manny Halley for handling everything. It was a night we won't forget!

Melo and I attended the Cedars Sinai 25th annual Sports Spectacular event on Sunday. The event was hosted by John Salley and Snoop. Mel was honored for NBA ATHLETE OF THE YEAR. We had such a good time. It was an amazing experience being in a room full of sports icons and legends. It was a great event for a great cause. CONGRATS to Mel for his award! You deserve it!

So this weekend, Mel and I, spent some fun time in Vegas. Mel was a judge for the MISS USA pageant. Donald Trump personally asked Mel to be involved. We had such a good time. I really enjoyed the entire show. CONGRATS to MISS MICHIGIAN who was crowned the new MISS USA! She was beautiful. Thanks Donald for having us! Who did you want to win?

I came across this picture from the Carmelo Anthony's Foundation Brunch during All-Star weekend. In this picture, you see Mels two neices, Asya and Kiyonna, Mels mom, Mel, Kiyan, myself, my mom, my cousin Dice and Mels sister, Michelle. We had a really good time together and it was for a good cause. I thought I'd share!

WOW! I'm still recovering from All Star weekend in Dallas. I had a blast! I worked for EXTRA while i was there which was loads of fun interviewing people at the celebrity basketball game. I went to alot of cool events including Michael Jordan's dinner. The All Star game itself was incredible. There were 108,000 people in that stadium. Ive never seen anything like it. Too bad the WEST lost. It was such a tight game. Heres some pics I came across that I wanted to share. Enjoy!

Just wanted to send a Happy New Years shout to everyone. May this year be YOUR year! I wish you all the best in 2010 and I hope we can all keep our New Years resolutions! Here are a couple of pics I wanted to share of us partying for New Years. We decided to stay in Denver this year and had a BLAST! Did you go to any good parties to celebrate???

Just a few pics of us hanging out after the basketball game. Everyone's in great spirits, the Denver Nuggets have been playing so well. Congrats to the team, so far so good! There's nothing like enjoying these moments with family and friends.

Yesterday we had our annual "Feed the Children" food drive. What an amazing event! So many families came out and collected food for Thanksgiving. It was such a great feeling to make a difference in someone's holiday. No matter how big or small, giving back is what it's all about.  I'm looking forward to the Christmas holiday to do it all again! Thanks to the Boys and Girls club and all the volunteers for making this event a huge success! We could not have did it without you guys.

So Melo and I recently took Kiyan to the zoo. Mel decided he wanted an up close and personal interaction with the lions and tigers.  I was TOTALLY against it. Check out these pictures! Please tell me if this is TOOOO close for you?? Was i being paranoid? And yes Kiyan had his Halloween costume on again! LOL

So the season has officially begun! Last night the Nuggets took on the Utah Jazz for the first game of the season. Congrats on the win! We had a blast at the game. My mom came, my brother Diego Cash was there, Bay, Khalilah, we all had lots of fun.  This is my favorite time of the year! Whats your favorite basketball team??

Michael Jordan held a basketball camp in Santa Barbara so Kiyan and Mel went to visit.  I was working on Season 2 of Ray J, so I missed out on the trip.. (sad face) Everyone had a blast and there were tons of kids there. The funniest thing about all these pictures is no one ever told MJ to look up at the camera. LOL so here's Kiyan and MJ, even though you can't really see his face! FUN TIMES!

So me and the crew decided to hang out last night. First stop was my friend, Robi Reed's birthday party. We saw tons of people there and really had a good time.  After the party we headed over to Nobu to eat. The food there is amazing, especially if you're a sushi lover. We sat at Nobu ALL night talking and chopping it up.  We literally closed the restaurant down. All in all it was definitely a fun night. Shouts to Po, Draper, Idan, Pierre, Robi Reed, Andrea Reed, Doran Reed, Luenell, Mel (of course..lol), and everyone I saw at the party!

I just got back from Saint Lucia! What a beautiful island. I had an amazing time. The people there were so pleasant. Ive never seen such beautiful things in my life. From the pitons, to all the dolphins in the water, to the snorkling, the diamond waterfalls, the sulphur springs, the list goes on and on. I can see why Oprah mentioned hiking the pitons was one of the 5 things you must do before you die. WOW! Its all so breathtaking. I even rode on a helicopter for the first time. We were given a tour of the whole island by air. I must admit I was a little scared but it was definitely worth it.

I recommend the island to anyone looking for a great time. Thank you to all the people of Saint Lucia for showing us an amazing time and to Evelyn from Luxe Provisions for setting our whole trip up. AMAZING!!!!!!!
